Platform Access
By using MySideKick, you agree to provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected services.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Managed setup fees and other one-time services are billed separately when offered.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use the platform to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, abuse third-party systems, or process prohibited content.
- No fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity
- No attempts to disrupt platform availability or security
- No misuse of connected APIs, credentials, or customer data
Service Changes
We may update, improve, or retire features as the platform evolves.
We may suspend or restrict access where required for security, unpaid balances, policy violations, or legal compliance.
Customer Data and Integrations
You retain responsibility for the data, integrations, prompts, and workflows you configure in the platform.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all connected systems and uploaded content.
